TRANSACTION REPORTS

Transaction Reports can be accessed by clicking on the "Transaction Reports" button.

On the System Transaction Reports screen, you can either:

1. Choose a previously saved report to run, then select "Load Selected Report" button or

2. Create a new report by up to three summary levels of data and a Time Period, then select the "Generate Report" button to run the report you have created.

Once you generate a report, use the buttons at the top to:

• Export As CSV: export the report data in a comma-separated values text file.

• Export As PDF: export the report data in a PDF file.

• Save Report: save the report parameters for use in future sessions.

The System Transactions screen shows all the activities that have affected the machine. These activities include: when the machine is accessed, all inventory activities (issues, returns, reorders or receipts), errors (No item scanned with door open event), and alert light activity. Video records are retrieved from the Transactions screen for applicable transactions. Also, the powerful Transaction Reports are accessed from the Transaction screen.
