When the on-hand inventory quantity drops below Min Qty + On-order Qty, the reorder calculation is triggered: Reorder Quantity = Max Qty – (On-Hand Qty + On Order Qty), rounded up to an even multiple of Pack/Order Qty Example 1: Item lBC, min 3, max 10, pack/order 1, on-hand 1, on-order 0: reorder 9

Example 2: Item XYZ, min 6, max 20, pack/order 4, on-hand 1, on-order 4: reorder 16

The reorder quantity will always be a multiple of the pack/order quantity.
