Barcode Scanning Cross Reference

The Barcode Scanning program first tries to match to the Prod- uct ID. If no match is found, the program checks for matches on three (3) additional data fields in the Item Master.

1. Product ID: If there is no match on the Product ID, scanned barcodes are next checked against any entered values in

2. OEM Part Number, then

3. Customer Part Number, and finally

4. Package Barcode
