CONFIGURATION - Data Import/Export

Only ADMINS can utilize this function.

The "Export All Data" button is used to create a csv file of the entire database. This is an easy way to create a back-up prior to making major modifications to the data.

The Import function is used to load the Account Template during setup. It can be used to upload a back-up file if nec- essary. (This should only be used in extreme circumstances.)

REMEMBER: Data import and export is used to backup and restore the database for this application. Only import data using the "Import Database CSV" that was generated using the "Export All Data" button. Do not edit the csv file once it's exported. Doing so could corrupt the file.

Helpful messages are provided to assist in troubleshooting data import handling errors. The program will also reject non-ascii characters for imports to prevent data corruption.
