Inventory Fields

Product ID REQUIRED: Product number (distributor product number)
Description A description of the item in 8 characters or less.
Location Where the item is located in a storeroom. (Generally not used in the Green Machine.)
On Hand Quantity or number of units which are on-hand or in stock.
Pack/Min Quantity or number of units in packaged as ordered. This may be a minimum order quantity, standard package quantity or multiples of the standard package quantity when that is how the item is normally or- dered.
On Order REQUIRED: Quantity or number of units that are currently on order and not yet received. (see Reorders)
Min Minimum On Hand quantity that should be in the machine. When the On Hand quantity falls below the
Max Maximum On Hand quantity that should be in the machine. Max must be greater than or equal to Min.
Item Cost REQUIRED: Customer's cost for the item
Default Issue Qty REQUIRED: The quantity of the item issued with each scan
UoM REQUIRED: Unit of Measure
Category Product Category for item selected from the Product Category table
OEM Original Equipment Manufacturer
OEM Number Original Equipment Manufacturer Number
Customer P/N Customer Part Number
Package Barcode The UPC barcode from the product's packaging. It will be cross referenced to the Product ID if a user scans it instead of the label's barcode.
Consignment Y—the item is on consignment, N—(default) the item is not on consignment
Enable Item Y - Activates Advanced Item Tracking for the item (Once this field is set to "Y", the four AIT data fields are displayed and should be entered and updated as required.), N - (default) Advanced Item Tracking is not being used for the item
Maximum Checkout uration (hours) For items that are to be returned after being checked out and used, enter the number of hours maximum check out time. Example entry for a tool which can be checked out, used, and re- turned and which also has a service cycle.
umber of Checkouts Between Service For items that have a calibration cycle, enter the number of checkouts al- lowed between calibrations.
Latest Ser- v ce I Ca - bration Date should also be entered for cali- brated or serviced items. When AIT items are re-calibrated, this date should be updated.
Expiry ate For consumable items which have expira- tion dates, the expiration date of the cur- rent inventory batch should be entered. Example entry for an item with expiration date.
Active Y - (default) the item is active, N - the item is no longer being actively used
