Automated Transaction Reports

A customized report, delivered at the selected frequency. Only two fields are required: Recipient and Frequency. The other choices allow the user to filter the data received as much or as little as necessary.

Product: Any active product from Inventory

Recipient: (Required) USERS, POWERUSERS, MANAGERS, ADMINS

Product Category: Selected from Product Categories in Configuration table

Type: Selected (Issue or Return)

Username: USERS, POWERUSERS, MANAGERS, ADMINS Department Selected from Departments in Configuration table Machine Selected from Machines in Configuration table Job No. Selected from Jobs in Configuration table

Frequency: (Required) Selected (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

Included with Notification Email: Video Link, one file: xlsx

Fields on the file: User, Department, Product ID, Description, Transaction Time
