Fulfillment of a Non Stock Request

Once an "Approved" item has been

sourced and received, the Approver

returns to the request to change the status to "Fulfilled". Once the request is "Fulfilled", a notification email is sent to

the Requestor indicating the item is now

available.

Whenever a Non-Stock Request is updated, the approving manager also receives an email indicating what changed in the request.
