Attention Needed

SecuraStock is equipped with an "Alert Light" to indicate something needs attention.

1. The user flips the switch located on the left door to turn on the Alert Light.

2. The user points to the area that needs attention.

This process works with the Alert Notification. The person designated in this notification will receive an email indicating attention is needed by this machine. The email contains a video link, the email recipient is able to view where the user is pointing.

The person responsible for correcting the Alert condition will also turn off the Alert Light. The red light also serves to indicate to other users that the machine administrator has already been advised of the problem.
