Enable Automatic Reorders

The SecuraStock system can automatically create reorders wh items hit the low-stock notification level. The automatic reor- dering function must first be enabled by updating the Configur - tion/Storeroom Information "Enable Automatic Reorders"

setting to "Y".

Once Automatic Reorders have been enabled on the Storeroom Information table, a Notifications/ Inventory Low Stock Notification entry must be cre-

ated for a designated user.

If Automatic Reordering is enabled and Automatic Reorder is "Y" on an Inventory Low Stock Notification, when the no-

tification is triggered an email will be sent to the designated user with the additional notice:

The following Low Stock items have been added to Reorders under Customer PO

xxxxx-yymmdd-hhmmss

Where xxxxx is the name given to the associated SecuraStock machine, and yymmdd-hhmmss is the date and time of the reorder creation. Any items which meet the Low Stock criteria (On-Hand + On-Order is less than Min Qty) will have a reorder entry generated with the noted Customer PO.
