CONFIGURATION - EDI Configuration

Only ADMINS can utilize this function.

When EDI Transfer is enabled, the machine will automatically generate reorders for low stock items and upload the resulting EDI 85 document to the SFTP location specified.

Simply fill in all the credentials for your SFTP server. Then enter your EDI Receiver ID number, which is typically a cor- porate phone number. Change the EDI Ship To, if necessary. (The EDI Ship To defaults to the machine's Serial Num- ber.) Select the days of the week the EDI processing should run. The EDI processing will run at 3: AM of the ma- chine's local time zone on the selected days. Finally, check the "Enable EDI Transfer" checkbox and click the "Submit" button. Once completed the system will send EDI documents to your SFTP server.

Customization of BEG- 6 and N1�ST- 4 fields is permitted.
