ADDING A TRANSACTION

Most Transactions are "added" automatically as the various functions of the machine and software are used. In some in- stances, a user may need to add Transactions manually. Use the "Add" button above the Search section to open a new Transac- tion.

Username

Required - Use drop down to select if the transaction is an Issue or a Return.

Required - The Quantity of Product ID in- volved in this transaction. (Quantity removed or returned to inventory.)

Required - User to which the transaction is assigned. This will not necessarily be the per- son completing the transaction.

Time Required & Auto-populated

Job No

Machine

Transaction

Notes

Required - Type in or use drop down to select appropriate Job.

Type in or use drop down to select appropri- ate Machine, if necessary.

Active Required

PLEASE NOTE: Manually transactions cannot be created for Inventory Items which are in an "Inactive status". An error is displayed "Cannot create transaction for inactive item"
