Adding or Modifying Storeroom Permissions

In order for a user account to access storeroom UI's with the SSO My Dash- board, one or more Permissions entries must be made for the account.

Select Manage/Storeroom Permissions to display the current Permissions records in your authorized area.

A user account can have multiple Storeroom Permissions records. For example, if a user is to be authorized to connect to storerooms at two of a company's three divisions, individual Storeroom Permissions entries should be made for each Division as the "Organization" on the screen.

If the user is authorized for all divisions at the company, a single Storeroom Permissions entry for the Company as the "Organization" would allow access for all Divisions and Locations within the Company.

In the "Role for Organization" entry, select the role authorized for the user when connected to storeroom UI's within the scope of the Permissions entry.

Note that an SSO User's access is separate from the access role which is permitted in the storeroom UI's.

The Permissions which allow a user to connect to storerooms also determine which storerooms can appear on consolidated reporting.

If person ALSO needs physical access to the storeroom, a record will need to be created in Configuration -> Users screen of the storeroom: Access Control ID, Access Control PIN, Card Code (this is usually done via upload)
