Returns

Item returns are easy with SecuraStock:

1. Scan the "Return" barcode

2. Scan the barcode label for the item being returned.

3. Place the item to its proper bin.

If the user has more than one item to return or several of the same item, it is important to scan the "Return" barcode BEFORE scanning the barcode label for EACH item being returned. The "Return" barcode does NOT put the user's en- tire session in a return mode. The machine interprets returns in the same quantity as it does issues, so it is important to note what "One scan equals" on the barcode label for the item.
