CONFIGURATIONS SCREENS

The Configuration tables are accessed individually from the Configuration tab drop down menu. Only POWERUSERS, MANAGERS and ADMIN users can view the Configuration tables. POWERUSERS have the ability able to add and edit data items in the following Configuration tables: Departments, Users, Jobs, Machines, Product Categories ADMINS have the ability to add and edit all tables within Configuration. Admins also have the ability to delete records from the tables, but deletions are only recommended in situations when a record was mistak- enly entered. Inactivating a record is the preferred method to indicate that it is no longer applicable. (Deletions affect data from prior transactions.)
