CONFIGURATION - Jobs

Jobs are assigned to Transactions by either scanning

the Job barcode or choosing the Job from a dropdown menu during computer entry of a Request or Transaction.

BEST PRACTICE: Create a generic job to use as a default (e.g. "N/A"), even if transactions are not assigned to "jobs" in your organization. Users are not required to scan a "Job" barcode when using SecuraStock. However, "Job" is a required field when the data entry function is used for Requests.
