DASHBOARD

After entering your credentials, you will see the SSO Dashboard. The Dashboard contains a list of storerooms/machines you have access to view through the SSO. Depending on your level of authority, you may be able to access reports, us-

er management and other features from the SSO.

Under My Dashboard, you will see "Available Storerooms," the hierarchy

-view of the storerooms for which your account is authorized.

The individual storerooms in your organization are associated with

Locations.

Click the left triangle to expand the Organizational hierarchy which reveals the associated storerooms. Once expanded, click on the link

next to the to access that machine's CUI.

The CUI allows you to manage the inventory, reordering, event notifications and more for the specific machine you selected.

When an SSO User clicks on a Dashboard link to connect to a CUI:

• If Username exists on the CUI, SSO User connects with existing account

• If Username doesn't exist on the CUI, a new user entry is created using the information from the SSO account.
