Closing Reorders

The "Force Closed" column in the Inventory Reor- ders screen list can be used to close out an item re- order, which would be appropriate if a reorder was cancelled, entered by mistake, or a lower quantity was accepted as a complete order. Check the box for the appropriate item in the list and click the "Process" button at the lower left. The reorder en- try will be closed and the On-Order quantity for the item set to 0.
