Job No Required The alphanumeric code used to designate a particular Job

Description Enter additional descriptive information about the Job to guide users to the correct

Job choice.

Y – The Job is active (default)

Active Required

N – The Job is longer being used

Change this field to "N" for inactive Jobs. DO NOT DELETE Jobs.

Barcode Labels

For Jobs and Machines, the Barcode Labels are not used for "labels". Instead, these barcodes are designed to be print- ed on 8 X x 11" page and kept within the associated "Jobs" and "Machines" pockets in the SecuraStock. See the "GEN Barcode Labels" document for more details.
