ORDER TO IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS - Checklist
Step 1: Customer Order
- Storage Configuration (bins, dividers, fences)
- Accessories: Monitor, Power Strip, Universal Reader, RFID Cards
- Sales Order Printed for EACH machine (PCP) Manufacturing preps the final assembly
- Confirm Connection (Ethernet or Wireless)
Step 2: Testing
- Customer completes "Badge/Card Test Request" form
- Card is tested in Cleveland
- Customer completes "Network Requirements" form. All requested ports should be opened
- Verify using Net Check tool – via software
Step 3: Machine Manufacturing
- Advise completion date based on #1
- Location of Install (Time Zone Setting)
Step 4: Networking
- Provide customer MAC address(es) for machines
- Does customer assign MAC address to a specific to Ethernet box location? Static IP
- Power and Ethernet ran? Confirm connection to each.
Step 5: Machine Shipping
- Schedule 14 days before planned install
- Ship regular LTL transit time + 2 days from install date
- Advise customer to move pallets to final location but not to unpack/open
Step 6: Personnel Schedule
- Wait for completion of steps 2, 3 & 4 before departing.
