SSO REPORTING - Transaction Reports

SSO users with "Reports" access can create transaction summary reports which span multiple storeroom systems. Choose "Transaction Reports" under the "Reports" menu.

On the Transaction Reports screen, you can either:

1. Choose a previously saved report to run, or

2. Create a new report by entering transaction filtering and up to five summary levels of data.

Click the Generate Report button to run the report you have selected or created.

Once you generate a report, use the buttons at the top to:

• Export As CSV: export the report data in a comma-separated values text file.

• Export As PDF: export the report data in a PDF file.

• Save Report: save the report parameters for use in future sessions.
