Doing the Update

1. Log into the software.

2. Go to the "System Status" page.

3. Click on the "Update" button. A green box will appear indicating the update has initiated. Updates generally take 1-2 minutes; the time required is dependent on the speed of the network.

4. After a successful update, refresh the System Status page or Navigate to another screen to see the new version number in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

System Events show changes made to the database tables. This screen is only accessible by ADMINS. Adjustments to all Inventory data appears on this table EXCEPT changes to "On Hand" quantities since these appear as a Transaction. New Reorders are also included on this table instead of the Transactions table.
